The lady was very rude, arrogant and ignorant. Just giving her personal opinions. She did not even know basic rules regarding mask exemptions. The Bondi 7 day medical clinic is forcing patients to wear masks even though they are not mandatory in NSW. They even force patients to show mask exemptions. This is illegal. Yet this lady was trying to say that’s okay. Resign. You are in the wrong job.

Lauren was abusive to me. Claiming that I was being aggressive while yelling at me. She didn’t appreciate the fact that I was questioning why she took the word of Graeme Loy, chief executive of a local area health district who had replied to my complaint with a litany of lies and slander.nnShe took immediate offence at the fact that she allowed his slander to colour her judgement on my complaint. She allowed him to make unsubstantiated allegations against me, didn’t acknowledge a breach of confidentiality between the social worker Lara and the management of the clinic that Graeme admitted to and refused to acknowledge that the expert the clinic had engaged with had taken payments from the drug company of the drug they prescribed that led to my kidney failure and hospitalisation.nnIf you ever wanted to know why people die in public health and why investigations are never undertaken until it reaches crisis point and the media start questioning politicians, you need look no further than the HCCC. They are utterly disgraceful. They don’t have the patients best interests at heart. When challenged they become aggressive and abusive, while claiming that you are aggressive and abusive before hanging up on you. Any further complaints will be greeted with the same horrific attitude problems.

Absolutely useless! I made a complaint about practitioner who was seeing my son and in her report she gave me diagnosis. She never met me nor spoken to me! All HCCC said 'we are sorry you had this experience but can't do anything about it'. So what is the point of having them?

I made a complaint 2 months ago and they are still investigating. I'm had no reply

From reading these other reviews I have no faith in this organisation,write to your local member and this outfit might be looked into
