They are helpful but not very helpful. I can get a bond loan, if my weekly rent is $200... $200…! NOWHERE has weekly rent for 200 these days. Get real Department of Housing. That's kind of pathetic. And that limit is not even close to half my pay, which is what they say in the paperwork and information online. That they cover a bond loan if the rent Is 50% of your pay or less. Really... That's a lie.

They are a little slow, but yet they work and it must be admitted they really try to help people. They are good and they are kind in communication.nI don’t like going there because of the “clientele” that comes there.nI have seen there many times how some clients behave rudely towards employees at the counter. I mean really to vomit. I thank the staff for their service and I give them an excellent grade for their work.

HinThe reason that I'm giving one star rating is because a lady by the name of penny from housing keeps calling friends of mine asking about menI'm very easy to find and I would be glad to talk to any body from this departmentnIf you would like to talk to me please reply to this message and I will give you my number to call

I don't like dealing with that office because they have their favourite clients

A classless, discriminatory office with no respect for 'clients' it is supposed to represent and protect. I've not had any contact for 5 years except accusing me of bad behaviour and coercing me to accept properties that are not suitable. They have reduced me to living on park benches in panic and distress while being abused by neighbours. They even take their side over mine for rights to live peacrfully. An atrocious office. I have a discrimination case against them which has been accepted. I feel sorry for those who have to deal with anyone at that office.
