Service NSW

Every experience I’ve had here has been efficient and friendly, exactly what you’d hope for at a Service NSW location. Typically someone will greet you at the door, and guide you toward the right person or you’ll receive a waiting slip number. They’re implementing good social distancing measures, with stickers on the seats. Staff are friendly, easy to understand and knowledgeable. I’d recommend this Service NSW.

Most competent customer service of any business I've been to. I've been 3 times in the last 2 weeks and the staff are always a pleasure. The lines are a little crazy right now for Dine and Discover vouchers.

I’ve only ever been to renew my drivers license. The staff were very polite and helpful. The whole process was simple and quick. I remember the old days when walking in to these buildings was depressing, but now it’s customer focused and always with a positive attitude.

People is very friendly and professional here. Thanks Georgia (New South Wales Service Botany) for be So incredibly helpful today! And thanks to others that simply with smiling make your day : the person cleaning, the person receiving at the entrance who even speaks Spanish... amazing!

I visited and was attended by Kev. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional. The response of all my queries were a series of smirks. He seemed to be having a bad day and his idea of conversation was to yell at all applicants. He gave wrong information which had to be later corrected by his colleagues. Overall, a very negative experience. I would recommend choosing a different center, instead of letting such things impact your frame of mind especially if you are going in for a test.
