Charged me for a passport I cannot use. Lucky the government has guns so they don't have to follow consumer law. Refunds for all Australians illegally denied their right freedom of movement should receive a full refund.

Amazing team who are awesome at their job and need to thanked for a job well done!! Thank you for being so wonderful to a person who arrived at 8:30amrequesting an emergency passport that day to travel on business that night. The staff told me what I needed to do (which I did) and I got what they needed in record time and the team you rose to the challenge and provided the most amazing service. I held my new passport in my hand at 2:45pm. It was a true team effort from the information team through to the Manager and the print room and collection officer. Well Done and Thank you! (I don't think you are thanked enough for the role you play to help people travel!) I am a very grateful business traveller who is sitting in the airport, checked in and won't miss her plane tonight - THANK YOU!

The most unhelpful, rude and unprofessional people I dealt with...obviously untrained outsorsing cheep labor via agencies..

Called DFAT this morning to book an appointment from 11am for 1 of our agent to do authentications paperwork, was told that 11am isn't available on any day, the lady on the phone didn't even say her name when she picked up the phone, I was wondering if I'm calling the right department or not. My colleague called again and everything gone smoothly. It's unprofessional and I'm disappointed.

Absolutely awesome experience. Thank you so much for being so helpful and unfazed by a request for an instant passport from a rather stressed out, slightly incoherent client. Your friendliness and can-do attitude was just wonderful and so much appreciated.
