IGA were never on my supermarket radar. But they are now. I'm a regular at IGA Waterloo. The staff cannot do enough for you. The recent renovations are fabulous. Its clean and the shelves are never empty, always stocked with your fave brands + lots of new ones. The fruit + Veg are always fresh and the Deli section, filled with delicious delights. If you're after a specific product and they don't have it, let them know. It'll be there for you within 48hrs. The prices at IGA used to be a little more than the 2 majors. However, I now find they are beating the competition hands down! IGA Waterloo actually cares about its customers. If you've never been to IGA Waterloo - why not give them a go.. You'll be glad you did

My wife and I are local shoppers and find the store excellent and the staff always helpful and attentive to our needs. The Waterloo IGA has in these recent days been a reliable source of basic products that the chains are sometimes unable to provide. We are always happy to shop here.

This is my local. Has what I need for most occasions. Staff is nice and friendly. Store is always clean. Never any lines for the checkout - if there's even 2 people in line you hear *Check out please* over the P.A. system ud83dude06nI think they've done a good job at taking on board peoples feedback to improve the store over the past year or so.
