My partner and I came on Monday evening and even though they were very busy in the games area with lots of people around, Nick still took the time to make sure that we were both having fun and everything was running smoothly. He even showed us the best way to play the coin pusher games which is a game that I’ve sucked at since I was a kid. He definitely deserves recognition as a hardworking employee as do all of the others (I didn’t get their names). Jack at the front desk was amazing also, and absolutely hilarious. We didn’t get to do the laser tag but we will definitely be back!! I loved that the bowling had the option to change the screens into the 90’s versions that we all played as kids!!

Kingpin bowling is a royal success. They really have hit the nail on the head here. Clean, well-maintained bowling lanes, friendly staff, and affordable prices makes this the perfect location for you're next birthday party. 5/5!

King Pin Harborside was a surprising revelation to me. I expected it to be average but it was superior. Why? On arrival we were told we didn't need bowling shoes and to wear our trainers which was a fantastic development. Next, when i ordered a drink at the bar the bartender told me they didn't know what the drink was but nevertheless they were willing to make it if i told them the ingredients and ratios. That bartender was Chris and he was kind and a legend. Also, we bowled next to a couple that was friendly and welcoming and great company. All up, we had a great time and we would heartily recommend it to any other person to spend your Saturday or Sunday but not a Monday, because of work, unless you don't work on a Monday. Went last night with my partner. They were completely booked out and totally full on in the venue, but still made time to give an exceptional customer experience. We were served by Jack, Ash, Nick and Elyse throughout, who gave us a lot of laughs despite being so busy, and were so incredibly helpful and patient with our questions. We roamed around the arcade for the night, and when it got to the prize corner they were so tidy and neat, very well kept. We got our prizes and left very happy, definitely would come back again when having a stroll in the city. Thanks for a fantastic night!

Had an amazing time at Kingpin yesterday, unfortunately had a bit of an issue loading money onto our timezone arcade card but luckily the staff, Ash and Nick from Arcade and Elise and Jack from Reception were extremely patient and helpful! Will come again! Amazing service!
