The ladies are mean, impolite and impatient. The lady was very sick of her job and it was an unpleasant experience. She could of been nicer in her delivery of what the issue was, instead she judged me very much for not knowing.

I'm getting really tired of how rude the staff are at this location. Get your staff in order. Or let them go, if they can't handle customer service then this job isn't for them.

Being told there is a long wait as a staff member called in sick but there are 4 door greeters literally standing around.

Came for a DKT and the indian woman who served me was not welcoming at all. Provided very little guidance on the procedures and was super judgy when i asked for any clarification.
