I had the best experience with this company. Their quote was quick, reliable. They were very helpful with timing of installation bringing it forward when there was a cancellation. I had carpets and hybrid boards installed. I was pleased with the people who came to install but particularly impressed with Daniel and AnneMarie. They did a beautiful job and sent me photos all day. Great job however we felt really expensive for our job in Faulconbridge which was a restretch on carpet in one corner of a room. One guy arrived on time and completed the job in 15 minutes. He was great and very efficient - just think the $330 for the call out and small job was a bit steep. When we booked the job we were told it would cover two guys for a half day job, as I questioned the cost because it seemed expensive. Anyway the job was done well, even if it was costly. When I rang the store I was told that $330 is the minimum call out fee.
