Hi ud83dudc4bud83cudffbnI did my first online shop with Woolworths Mullumbimby NSW...nI did my shop okay and was feeling good that I actually did it ud83dudc4fud83dudc4fnUnfortunately I became confused when it came to payment pickup time etc etc ...nIt was already 9.30pm and I decided to phone the store to see if I could get help finalising it all ..nI was put on to a lovely woman named AMY...nAmy was so patient and kind as I was so confused and Amy calmly took me through it.nnThank you so much Amy ... Thank you Drew who served us this afternoon on checkouts. He displayed unreal customer service and patience with us and the lady in front of us who had trouble using her debit card. I was shocked that another coworker who was not a manager spoke to him so harshly and rudely, telling him to hurry up In front of a line of customers literally 10 seconds after she finished being extremely rude to another customer. A perfect example of bullying and extremely sad to see it happening internally as retail workers are well known for being on the receiving end of abuse from the public. I feel embarrassed to have witnessed this and even more embarrassed for Drew who was on the receiving end.

Usually pretty clean and easy to find things, sometimes things like avocados sent always the best here but other then that staff are always friendly by

Order pick ups have very long waits. I’ve been waiting almost an hour now for a service that is supposed to be quick and seamless and save us time when we’re time poor. We could have done the shopping ourselves twice over in this timeframe. Not sure why you offer this service? Very disappointed. Still waiting..... Will shop Coles next time.
