I had a very helpful and efficient lady named Leanne on counter 13. She assisted my son greatly for his knowledge test. We appreciated her friendly service.

I find them very efficient. They are very busy but I feel they are as quick as they can be. It is well run.

My husband needed some help applying for the Dine and Discover vouchers. Even though the place was so busy, the ladies who helped him were courteous and friendly. The problem was fixed quite quickly.and we appreciated the speedy service.

No stars at all... I was just at the rms today and LOUISE was just not very helpful to me at all. I asked to speak to a manager but she wouldnt let me. She spoke to the two guys who were just standing with coffee and just talking with each other and came back to me and said, no you cant do it.. ive been registering cars many times but this time its just very painful. The one in the front was telling me to just come back to her even if i asked to see a different person even if i have to wait. Some people working there are just racists... or maybe just her
