Let's face it, this place is terrible! There was no enthusiasm, no recommendations for jobs - pretty much ticked I went to the appointment and that was it!! I'm 26 now, and this was the first time in 11 years I was not able to find work, and really this was my last resort- this place needs to reconsider their staff, and their child-like classroom decor. Luckily, I found a job a couple more weeks after my appointment here. But glad I can express my high disappointment in this team. Why are we paying taxes to keep this place running?

Horrible customer service with no call back response and no help finding work for people. Useless programs also which are compulsory wasting job seekers time.
Lack of enthusiasm in work ethic around the place. Very unhelpful. Rude receptionists. Terrible communication skills. Lack of staff.
