Received fantastic service from the young lady there I believe her name was Rachel. Great service, glad to see there are still young ones in customer service who show true passion for ensuring they go that extra mile for customers. Deserve much praise.

Usually do my click and collect orders here, love the convenience of having my shopping brought out to the car, though very rarely does anyone help me load them into the car despite what the sign say. This evening I had a lovely woman named Deb bring out my shopping with a smile on her face and helped me load the shopping into the car, making sure to carry all the heavy bags. What she probably couldn't tell under my baggy jumper was that im currently a few months pregnant and appreciated this more than she knew, as I was worried about holding the heavier items. Good customer service definitely deserves to be rewarded, thanks so much Deb!
