He arrived in 10min, spent a very cheerful 40min determined to gain me entry with a very tricky lock... resorted to climbing across TWO balconies to enter through another door and subsequently 'unstuck' my tricky lock from the inside. What a gem & a gentleman. You are my go-to locksmiths now and I've told the building manager too so it's my intention that you are the guys to service all of our building's locksmith needs. I Called Macarthur Locksmiths because I had been locked out of my house at 10pm at night. The locksmith came straight out and let me in. It only took him a few minutes. I was so impressed.nI spoke to him and he helped me by saying that all my locks could be put on 1 key instead of the 5 keys I had for my place. I rang the next day and got the job done. The Lady who took my call was very helpful and worked around my schedule to get the job done. Very professional and helpful. Will be using them in the future for all my locksmithing needs.
