Service NSW

I came here to do my driving test. All the staff that I have come across were all very friendly and nice. My tester (whom I believe is called Alex) was amazing. He made the test very relaxing and calming and before I even knew it, my test was coming to an end. I would like to thank Alex and all the staff at this Service NSW for their amazing service.

I had my driving test today with Simon, firstly my top brake lights all of a sudden wasn't working after having checked my cars brake lights just before the exam and only having it replaced a month prior. Simon waited and didn't immediately defect my car, I gave the light a big whack and luckily the brake light appeared as it was a wiring issue it seems. He then proceeded to let me sit my exam and was more concerned for myself not getting the opportunity to sit the exam then just ticking and flicking me. Throughout the route he made me feel extremely at ease discussing what i did for work and very calmly instructing me throughout the whole route. Simon was amazing at his job and having someone be so calm and kind next to me immediately got rid of all my anxiety and truly helped me focus on driving to the best of my ability for my exam. Simon giving me the opportunity to look at the brake light and attempting to see if it was a wiring issue was the kindest thing! he had no idea how important getting my license was for me and my family and he was simply genuine and kind and truly I wish i could appoint him a raise myself! 10/10 service thank you simon!

Worst ever place to book your driving test! Service NSW is inside the shopping mall and very rude staffs and didn’t try to help us giving a right information. I parked in the other floor as i was unknown about the parking lot of Service NSW. When it was time to give my test, they simply cancel my test and mentioned didn’t show up because i parked in the other floor. They didn’t even gave me 2 minutes to move my car in their spot.nDONOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!!

Visited service nsw for the 3rd time after many troubles getting my dine and entertainment coupons. Today I was lucky enough to be served by Laura who was excellent and a delight to deal with. Took accountability for other staffs mistakes and ensured I left with my coupons: all problems solved!!!!

First time using Service NSW to renew my licence, took all of 10 mins. Was very impressed by how efficient it was. Well done on the improvements.
