Zero rating. To be honest I was TOTALLY Disgusted. The guy on the phone line wasnt too bad. At least he TRIED to help but his hands were tied by his boss/management. 😡😡 But the guy we spoke to at the shop was very rude. Its NOT the way to enhance customers to your shop/business. Its BAD for business. My advice is please lift your game !!
