Have nothing but good words for this company, and in particular, Zoe Graham the lady who we dealt with. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and understanding. Would definitely recommend them and give Zoe a 10 out of 10..

Went into this store yesterday at 2pm. Looking for for Kitchen taps. No one in front of showroom. I waited a little while thinking they were with another customer. Could not see anyone. Continued to look at all the taps, not one staff member came and called out hello,trying to get someones attention,still no respooout..I then went to the door that said staff only and called out you have a customer. Got a response will be there in a minute. Waited again. We were in this store a good 10 minutes and still no one came out. I would not mind if they were busy but I could not see any other customer.. my neighbour and I walked out of this store. We said to each other If you want customer service what customer vice.This store had none .. Please inprove if you want more customers ,
