Great service, came out as soon as he can (was not an urgent job). Cost was what was quoted over the phone with a small additional cost of materials needed. He advised cost before he did the job. He had no issue with my 2 kids watching his every move.

Gave him great detail on what the job would be and that the lock was unique and they couldn't even cut a key. He assured me he could do it. Came out took 1 look for 5 minutes and couldnt do anything and charged me an $88 call out fee. A total rip off.

He arrived very promptly after giving him a call. When I enquired how much it would cost while on the phone, he was very vague about the price and wouldn’t even give me an estimate. Even when he looked at the locks he still refused to quote me a price. He just said it will not be much. Anyway, I was desperate to get new keys so I asked him to start the job. Initially he quoted a price of $120-130 (again an approximate). I was shocked he was only there for 10-15 mins. And then when he actually gave me a bill it was of $190, I was shocked !! So BEWARE ask for definite cost and then proceed or better DON’T USE THIS SERVICE.

Required after hours service to open door after being locked out. Arrived promptly after being contacted. Quoted and confirmed $255 over the phone with no mention of GST. After completing the job was hit with the additional cost for GTS. Also damaged the door and floor tiles in the process of getting the door open.

Be wary..I asked for a quote and when the job was completed I was handed an invoice for at least double the amount quoted.
