Charleville Cosmos Centre

What an experience! In the morning we viewed the Sun through one of only 10 Hydrogen Telescopes of that size in the world. The commentary was simply the best. In the afternoon we saw the "Birth of Planet Earth" which was a stunning film presentation. The evening Star Gazing at 8.30pm is spectacular through the clear skies of Charleville. I really highly recommend a visit.

Great hands on, learnt alot and its free

It was an mazing experience. Some of the interactive displays just blow your mind and the gift store had some cool little gifts. The workers who helped us out were really polite people and definitely knew their stuff. The night show was astounding and was definitely worth it

Fantastic experience. Both Matt and Ash, two guides on the sun and small personal tours, respectively, were very knowledgeable about the areas they were speaking to and obviously beyond, too. It’ll be great when their larger telescope is the main tool of exploration on the small and personal tour, specifically, once they’ve received the stairs that are being built to access the lenses.
