Excellent service! Super friendly, timely, affordablenI have had 4 jobs with them. The last one involved links on a watch, got the watch fixed, but discovered later the fit wasn't quite what I desired. I decided to get it tweaked so a few weeks later I brought it back to get fixed. They promptly fixed it and when I went to pay, the employee (I forgot his name) working afternoon of June 8, 2021 asked if I had the watch fixed with them before, I said I had, he said no charge, glad we got the watch right this time. I tried to say it was no problem and Im happy to pay, but he wouldn't take payment, just said if Im satisfied to leave a review. I can say I will definitely be returning with future jobs, not for free service, but for the excellence service. Wont go wrong bringing work here.

Had engraving done on something very small,Macquarie store told me not possible and were actually quiet rude.nWas done perfectly and within half an hour! Hornsby store is great!!

NIc turned two of my favourite boots that were badly 'dog chewed' into practically brand new boots! I didn't think it was possible to salvage either boot, but Nic worked his magic and sewed new leather into the boots and replace the chewed zippers. I was so thrilled when I picked them up. Plus Nic was a delight to deal with. I highly recommend Nic as he is highly skilled in this craft.

Nick at Hornsby store is a legend. He really listened and understood what I wanted engraved on glass bottles, talked me through the process, the styles and the prices and delivered an even better result than I could have asked for- in under an hour- at an exceptional price.nCouldn’t recommend this guy (or the team) enough.

The guys here are superb. They achieved the impossible on a very old key and another lock issue with skill and efficiency. So thank you all for being so great
