Centrelink

It was my first visit there. And to my experience, i was very satisfied with their service. I hardly rate something like this in Google but just wanted to mention the woman named Sharon was really helpful. Felt like i was just talking to a friend and helped me through my concerns. (Medicare concerns) I'm very much happy with their general services.

I have been in twice to fix what should be a simple issue (caused by my first visit!) and it has not been resolved. I have wasted 4hrs + here with no result!! Is there a zero star option?

The security at the door interrogates people before letting them in. I understand that they need to ask a set of questions due to COVID but this security guard does not even smile and looks way too serious for his position

We waited in a queue for 2hrs once we directed to the front desk I have asked I need assistance with Family tax benefits to change the combined parents income which I could not figure out how to do it online. The lady at the front desk do not have passion at all listening to my statement at all she was rushing me and said you should do it online we can not help you. I really don't have any faith on Centrelink no service at all. They traet us like differently and I felt low. I had spent lots of hrs trying online and finally decided to go to Centrelink so that someone could help us. If we could do everything online whey are these people there in a Centrelink.

I think that people has sort of prejudice about government officer. Such as they must be nice, or they are citizen's servant therefore they must do whatever people ask..nMy experience, they are pretty kind enough and did their job properly. Perhaps, I was lucky to be served by good staff. :)nThe office has small issue, that there's no toilet for people, they inform people go to Westfiled Shoppincenter which is 2-3mins walk plus to cross 2-3 traffic lights. Very risky for disable people and people who visit with kids. To be improved.
