We have been very pleased with the service provided by the agency. We have really appreciated the good communication and sound advice provided by Fiona Cheng throughout the process of buying an investment property. Their rates are highly competitive and service is overall good, we would highly recommend this agency.

i wish i could give 0 star. they could not go any worse. no response, ignore customer request as general practice. Shaylani Miller. we have to keep chasing repair requirements for more than 6 months, still have not done properly and no timeframe. worse than this is we have been advised to find out the arrangement with trades by our self and they do not know what's the status.

Kathy has been my property manager for the last 2 years. She is very professional, helpful and always responds in timely manner. She resolved several issues for me and her help over 2 years has been really much appreciated. I would highly recommend Kathy's professional service as property manager.

EDIT after 6 months:nWe moved out and they didn't let us to see our bond for 2 weeks in NSW Fair Trading. I've just filled official complaint and will chase them in Small Tribunal.nnNEVER, EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!nnI would give 0 stars if possible.nI lived in 5 countries but this is THE WORST agency I worked with.nThey ignore costomers as a daily practise, not responding to emails or even picking up the phone. Avoid at any cost.

Definitely not worth even contacting. I've been trying to get in touch with Ms.Gangga Devi and she will never return calls or handle home enquiries. Even when you contact their customer service line there will be rude response to customers. One of the worst in Real Estate
