Mister Minit

I went to Mr Minit today with the goal to get a new auto unlocking device for my car other than my key. I had an idea of what I wanted and the budget, but after speaking to the gentleman who served me there, he recommended something a little different that would work out better.nnI took his professional advice and he took the time to reconfigure the broken auto unlocking device that I had (renewing the battery) as well as fixing my key with another auto unlocking device (so as not to wear out my master key in case I need one cut later on).nnDuring a crazy Easter Saturday in Kotara, he fixed it all for me and also came to my car and configured it, all under the price I was anticipating to pay! Service was professional patient, friendly and great advice was given. This is what is commonly lacking in face to face shopping (and online).So thank you so very much for your help today!

Went to Mister Minit at Kotara Westfield prior to going to work this morning as the website stated 8.30am opening. However a female employee arrive at 9.11am and stated they did not open till 9.00am & I had to wait further for her co -worker Steve to arrive at work, for what I required. Steve arrived at 9.16am. I had previously told the female that their website stated 8.30am. When Steve arrive at 9.16am his co-worker turn her back to me and must have told him that I was a little annoyed due to the time on website and Steve was 16 minutes late . Steve rudely step forward to the desk and said there starting time was 9.00am (It was now 9.16am) I showed him their own website and suggested he have that changed to reflect the correct hours (it has now been update 3 hours ago).I mentioned it was passed 9.00am and he said he has a lot personal issues & I replied that so do I, we all do, it is not professional to use that as an excuse.nNo apology for the website or their tardy arrival, just attitude. He then proceeded to say he couldn't help me with one of the requirements, so I said don't worry about it I'll go elsewhere, picked my stuff up because I certainly wasn't going to give him the other work as this has been the 2nd time I have experience bad service here . As I walked away Steve yell out goodbye ( being smart ) and then started yelling where I could get the work done, I was already a distance away & heading for the exit and didn't want any further interaction with him & I certainly wouldn't take a recommendation from him. I wasn't going to write a review but on telling others today on my experience at Mister Minit Kotara others have not had positive experiences either.nVery unprofessional representatives for a franchise & business & I will not recommend positively or use again
