After hearing and seeing what happened, I knew that I had to make a review about this company. Unfortunately, this branch or company discriminates against the disabled. They were silly enough to leave visual evidence of this, expecting a partially crippled person to suddenly be able to walk after 18 years of being in and out of a wheelchair. If anymore people are hurt or develops medical problems because of this company forcing them into doing something that is against health regulations, such as a medical clearance to work. They lack in the skills needed to deal with the community let alone society, they provoke, intimidate and bully clients rather than helping them. They are only experienced in so many things, but they should try having the exact same life experiences as clients instead of pretending like they know.nnThey should be held legally responsible, paying out financial compensation and remuneration if anyone develops a disability or further deteriorates a current condition because of this company's lack of respect (and obviously lacking in knowledge) for the disabled community. This is disgusting, shameful and immoral behaviour, that is not tolerated in society or the local community.

Workskil is bias to the disabled, they don't have any facilities or access for the disabled. And they force people into activities that ends in the client having multiple phobias and disabilities. They are also bias to those who suffer from PTSD. Unless it's a colour thing and they are ignoring my disabilities because of my race.nnEven though I have proven multiple disabilities, Workskil Australia is trying to break me physically, emotionally and mentally. They know that I suffer from 2 different forms of PTSD, but they continue to force everything on me - knowing it affects my health and the people around me. Because I have many social illnesses and phobias due to having it forced on me, I am forced into society when I'm not ready.nnWorkskil were caught out talking about me, invading my privacy and making sure clients and visitors heard what was said. This company has NO ethics, values and/or morals!nnI don't have a medical clearance for work and never will. Companies asked for this but it CANNOT be provided. Because of this, my self esteem was lowered when they had a go me, stating that I was a liability and wasting their time. I am 100% guaranteed to be injured doing anything physical and I have claimed compensation with EVERY employer because of the injuries sustained. The two main injuries that became permanent, were from the last 2 jobs I had - 18 years ago.nnI have not signed any work commitments with Centrelink or any other employment related organisation except Workskil - because they think they're above the qualified medical professionals that diagnosed me with over 25 different disabilities, sicknesses, injuries and phobias. One of my illness includes a violent split personality that I have held back for more than 10 years, Workskil is forcing her to come out - I will lose my child, my family and my entire lifestyle all because Worskil think they're above the law and everyone else. I do NOT give them permission to do so... Doing so, they better be paying my entire family compensation and remuneration, especially for my child - which I won't be able to care for as a parent, after I am forced to be someone else! I have published a declaration stating otherwise, before I signed any obligations!!nnIf they were really going to help, they would supply me with a mobility scooter and an assistance dog for daily tasks and home chores! Instead, they're being paid to break me down physically, mentally and emotionally - I am proof of it and their agreement document is evidence to prove it, especially when there are multiple medical forms to prove I'm right!!
