Terrible customer service by some representatives, very rude and don't take care of your needs properly. If you are in a tight situation or financially unfit they won't help you out when you need it when you really need it. If you need to get a quote for something there very unreliable. They practically take your money. There practically robbing you. Forcing you to do thing's you wouldn't have to do if they have helped you out properly in the first place. They leave the money there untill your practically dead. When you could of been living your life the way your supposed to. With happiness and the things you would want to do in life. Instead of living in poverty and pain.nnI hope this message gets out there to the people struggling in life like me.nnDo not choose this trust fund!!!

Extremely slow service. They get one point for being polite when spoken to buy the they don't keep you up to date and every time, the same reply. It is on so and did desk to be finalised. This has been at least six months now since they told me to sign a paper urgently so they can finalise the matter. still not finalised and no reason given.

They are so rude to my girlfriend I think they NEED TO LOSE THERE JOB OR BE ALOT NICER TO PEOPLE
