Service NSW

Better than it used to be but still a belligerent bureaucracy. So if you don't have all your i's dotted and t's crossed good luck. Otherwise have lifeline on speed dial.nThe staff are efficient, effective, and lovely. Well the ones who aren't chatting and wandering around looking lost.

Service is slow.nWhen I attempted to fill out the survey at the exit the staff forcibly took over asking if i'd like a hand without giving me a chance to respond, then proceeded to give herself full marks.nnWhat's the point of having those at the exit if staff are just going to fill them out?

If I take their provisional drivers licence test again RENT A DRIVING INSTRUCTION CAR as I no longer own a car & had owned two cars in the past to do so I will have spent over 22 thousand dollars for the pleasure of them to not give me a driver's licencenBUT HAY IT SEEMS YOU ARE PUNISHED FOR DOING THE WRIGHT THING IN NSW.

I went there to take the DKT today and unexpectedly a very nice lady fixed the problem with my name too. I went to another NSW service few months ago for the same problem and was told i won't be able to fix it unless i have been residing in Australia for 2 years with permanent resident visa. Great job for helping me. I think her name was Joy if i'm not mistaken. Thank you so much! Continue to be a blessing to others. Godbless you
