My favourite place to train on the Sunshine Coast! Such a good atmosphere and the gym has everything you need.
Chey the manager is amazing, so friendly and helpful.
It is a small gym but it's so well equipped it has everything you need and really good quality equipment.

Excellent gym, I would be happy to train there if I lived close by.
