Goodlife Health Clubs

Has everything I need in a gym. Les Mills classes, lots of weight equipment and friendly staff. The bathroom facilities are always clean. I love the steam room.

Gym was often messy (weights not reracked, reracked in the wrong spot), the main weightlifting area can get SUPER cramped, most of the squat racks are positioned super far from mirrors so it is difficult to keep your own form in check. These were definitely my biggest gripes apart from the cost. Even when I joined during a deal it seemed over-priced from what I was able to get out of it. There was always enough equipment but it didn't look like a lot of it had been purchased recently (or was maintained well) which made it even more frustrating in some ways to be paying this much for a membership when it didn't seem to be being put back into the gym. Trying to cancel my membership was similarly a poor experience as I ended up receiving charges I wasn't notified about by the club months after having cancelled the membership. Overall not a good experience and I am certainly avoiding the GoodLife chain in the future.

Many people not doing the right thing and wiping down equipment after use. Good gym, friendly staff.

Nothing but a nightmares canceled my membership 2 years ago and now it’s saying I’m still there and got charge 160. Just because you are struggling doesn’t have the right for you to make others struggling.

Good range of equipment friendly staff and have covid plan in place. 👍
