F45 Training Maroochydore

Best fitness experience I've ever been apart of. Ive done many gyms and even P.T. Nothing compares to F45. Maroochydore has an amazing community feel to it, the trainers push you and know your name! The music is loud and high energy which gives you the boost you need. I've been with F45 Maroochydore for almost a year and I've never been as fit as I am now. Give your self a week and you will be hooked :)

Awesome team environment. Coaches are very knowledgeable and will help with technique and extra coaching when needed. I Have made lots of friends which makes it easy to commit to turning up everyday

I had such a ball for my first visit to this studio 👏 The trainers were super welcoming when I arrived and very encouraging throughout whole of the session. I would highly recommend this F45 on the coast 😊😊
