Franks Gym

Fantastic gym with a great range of equipment. Must bring a towel for hygiene reasons which is understandable. If you don’t have one with you they offer a hire service which was super helpful. Lots of different areas including a ladies only. Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff on reception and personal trainers around the gym floor to help when I needed it. Highly recommended!! Best gym I’ve used.

I'm disgusted how this gym choose to handle this (the rude receptionist and the owner Kim). I've been going there for years and the gym closed due to covid and memberships were suspended. I left town and realized that payments were taken out after they restarted. I called to fix this up and get it refunded, not on a contract so should be all good and fair. No, they won't do it. I didn't get a call back from Kim, the owner but called again today and said they wouldn't refund and don't care that I probably won't come back because of that. Offered a free month that felt like a slap in the face way to make things right. The receptionist became disgusting and blew me off on the phone in a patronizing way. I'm sure I'll be back in Noosa but this is one way to make awkward situations if I see the owner.

Great gym, friendly staff.

Great gym, staff are on top of it all, equipment is fantastic for the conventional weightlifter. The price, however, is the highest out of any gym I've visited in the world and I mean that literally. The amount you pay JUST for cardio and resistance training related equipment is exorbitant. I know of hotels and beach- side resorts that are cheaper for 24 hours than here. I guess they know they're the only gym in the area!

I found the staff quite unfriendly, it seems like that they are doing you a favour to allow you in. The gym is half open so it gets very hot during workouts.They require you to have a towel to workout which makes sense but then (I don't know why) some people are allowed to workout without one! I also think it's quite pricey for what it offers.
