Absolutely killing it Definitely the best gym I have gone to. Matt, the manager helped me start my journey and I still see him helping others to this day. He makes the gym feel welcoming but also pushing you out of your comfort zone with awesome challenges. After having some bad experiences with another gym my partner and myself came here and were welcomed with open arms. Great and supportive staff members, they know what they are talking about and are super helpful. We have so far received help from Matt directing us in the right direction for supplements to assist us in reaching our goals and always loves to see how we are doing with our training. I have been doing PT lessons with Aiden to gain muscle and to improve my general fitness and we have had a blast. He is super supportive and will push me to reach my goals. Definitely has a lot of knowledge in his field. My partner has had a consultation with Sam, who loves and is very passionate about his job. He’s pointing her to the correct directions and she’s looking forward to start training with him. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who’s struggling to find support or a comfortable place to work out. The staff are amazing and supportive. The space is big and clean. This gym is the place to be!

Matt and the crew are great! They really know what they are talking about. Probably the most informative introduction to a gym ive had! Just genuine good rounded people, that just want to see and help you achieve your goals! Cant wait to start the journey. Cheers lads!

I don’t know what type of mirrors are in this gym but my stomach normally drags on the ground and for some reason it doesn’t at this gym. It might be the equipment. So, so much equipment and space. The tech connection via the app is impressive and while the management staff can be occasionally caught checking out my form, I find them to be pretty warm and helpful. Competitive rates and the change room facilities are also worth mentioning. Just needs a little coffee shop out the front but that’s about to happen too.
