Zone 123 Gym

First day there, I used to think that l was kinda ok, and the girls there proved me wrong. They were great and so was the rest of the class, Happy to be there

I love the workouts offered here - small groups, fun routines, friendly staff and great members…you’ll meet so many new people! The time goes so quickly & you’ll never get bored, as the workouts are rarely the same. Being in my late 40’s I wanted a place to exercise where I felt welcomed and that offered a workout with safe options - not a ‘one size fits all’ approach. I’ve gained so much strength & energy in a few short months without even really trying & the chronic lower back pain I had for over 2 years before joining is basically gone (thanks to the attention of the instructors, making sure I only did moves, or used weights that wouldn’t aggravate my back).

I joined in May of this year .. from the moment I had an introduction on site to my first session, ( which was a tough Saturday session! weekends are gruelling but fun! ) Chris, Irma, Jess and all the trainers ensure that you have a safe but challenging session.. day in and day out! Lots of gyms can be intimidating and pretentious ... if you are a mature age person looking to improve your fitness in a safe and friendly non judgemental gym ... this place is for you .. love it 😊

Great place to exercise

This place is amazing, very colourful, hosts a welcoming community, and the trainers are excellent. I've been coming here for almost a year and recommend Zone 123 to everyone.
