I found the customer service to be impeccable, thoroughly enjoyed my time ,staff were extremely helpful,

We came in at 445pm when they close at 5pm. They were great. Efficient and friendly and all done in no time. Very good, the young guy who served us and the person on the front were really good.

Normally slow service. But staff are nice majority of the time and the floors and surfaces are clean and kept tidy.

The staff here doesn't know that customers can legally film them. It is a public place inside the centre and outside, and customers can record their conversations with staff using their mobile phone without permission. Photography is legal in public places.

Top level service consistently, waiting times are reasonable, staff are pleasant and engage with you not like in the old days when you were treated as though you were lesser than them. Been a huge improvement for many years now. It’s good they changed how things work because it was never a good experience when I was younger. Now the people and procedures are first class.
