Matt was very friendly, polite, and pleasant to deal with, he even adjusted the time of the appointment to suit me. There was a water leak problem with my toilet and he very quickly fixed the problem, as well as fixing two other tap problems on the property. I would recommend Matt and McArthur Plumbing to anyone wanting thorough investigation of any plumbing problems. This was one of several issues McArthur Plumbing have fixed for me over 14 years and I have the highest regard for their work and the people employed by them.

I had a small leak on the mains water going to house, I rang McArthur Plumbing getting their number from google after seeing great reviews. I can say those reviews are correct, I spoke to a very polite young lady on the phone, she said if she couldn't get someone ther today definitely tomorrow. By lunchtime that day it was repaired and left clean and tidy at a fair price. Good to see some old fashioned customer service, getting harder to find these days.

Great service. Came promptly, called me when on the way, fixed my initial problem and took the care to fix something else minor that he saw. Very professional, and won’t hesitate to use again! Thanks Lockie!

Replaced our aged guttering, installed much better than the original guttering was. (I saw them working on my neighbour's guttering, and they did a great job there, so decision for my guttering work was easy)
