Fresh produce ,friendly service , easy to park
Vast varieties and products available as well as fresh veggie. Very friendly and helpful crew. Lots of car space and public toilet facilities
Asked my wife to pick up some coffee pods at Coles coolum.
She accidentally grabbed the wrong Coles coffee capsules.
I was told rudely by their staff that they cannot accept even an exchange, even though its a Coles product.
So how can your policy state that you accept exchanges for the wrong product? How can I tell its the write product unless I open it? You refuse to repackage your own branded product? Completely ridiculous and zero thought for your customers. I literally threw the product in the bin as I walked out of the store.
Ill go out of my way to shop elsewhere in coolum from now on. Will be submitting a complaint to Coles Head office as well.
Quick service with a smile. Found all items i wanted no problem. 2 were half price even better.
