Excellent Coles. Very well laid out and pleasant shopping experience. Fresh produce and meat is really good. They have a great selection of products. Located in a great centre with plenty of parking.

If it was not for Bryce (in refunds IN STORE) I would honestly have started legal action next week. And just palmed it off because it was draining time from me each week! **It took NEARLY 30 DAYS to refund a NON home delivery.** I was promised return call week after week, and refund week after week. To the point it was costing my time more than the amount was worth. Why should I have to spend hours on the phone because of a Coles issue? Totally unacceptable. Bryce to his credit had it escalated (even though 5 people before him said they were doing the same thing). So well done to staff that actually follow through and do what they say, forget about the fact Coles were in the wrong. The resolution should have been easy and straightforward. (Ie. If you can accept money from multiple points ,why can you not refund from multiple points?) Thank you Bryce for your dedication, I'm sorry not one person in the contact centre had an ounce of competence that you do. (Can you tell I'm now a Woolworths shopper after this experience?)

Brilliant place to shop. Always great customer service despite having self serve checkouts. Offers click and collect which is convenient and the staff still offer great customer service when picking up. Can always find what I am after and generally don't have a long wait at the checkout. New design much more user friendly and spacious.
