If you're looking for groceries, this would be a good place to go. They've got pretty much the same thing as every other Coles. There's nothing really special about this one. The click and collect staff are mostly friendly. It's sometimes a bit of a wait though considering we phone ahead.

It’s Coles mate lucky to get 2 stars I thought they where customer focused (this is my local) until I left $20 in the self serve checkout. Went back within a few minutes but to late, gone. When I explained and requested if I could either get it refunded or store credit you would have thought I was attempting to rob them! Yes I get it was me who walked away without taking the money from dispenser. But I had done this once before about 10/12 months earlier and was given the amount I had forgotten back. Some time between then and this incident obviously store policy changes. And way that the person spoke to me (attitude) was nasty like I was an offender who had done the wrong thing! Needless to say I no longer have this store as my local. It may not be a huge amount of money in the scheme of thing’s $100+ per week but it is now about $20 per week. If one hundred people in every town or city did this I’m sure they would review that policy. Or at least do better staff training!

This shopping centre might have a front door, but we didn't find it. I'm sure we came through a back entrance. Once inside, disorientation continued until we found Coles. Then plenty of baskets but no trolleys. No panic required, as they were out of sight around the corner. This is a large and we'll stocked (if older) Coles with an emphasis on perishable foods and with friendly service at the cash register. A shopping ordeal is never over until you drive out of the car park and is even more stressful in a strange place, but we made it out!

I try to do most of my main shopping at Coĺes. We don't live in Caloundra but are holidaying here for a while; so we did our shop here at Coles Caloundra. It was a really well set-out shop and had a huge variety of goods. I'm very impressed. And the whole place was clean and fresh. The Coles' staff, as always, were friendly and polite. We'll be back.
