I didn't visit Cole's but I attended the new Hairdressing outlet, Kindred Hair at Cole's Shopping Centre, Peregian Springs. What an absolute enjoyable experience. The staff were so welcoming and efficient, the services provided were absolutely wonderful I cannot speak highly enough of this experience Please support our local operators. Worst experience ever on Friday 9th October 2020. Coles had an IT glitch, all systems went down. I had arranged my whole day to finish my Coles shop before picking up my 2 year old from daycare. I politely asked the cashier after finishing my weekly shopping (toddler free) and waiting for 30 minutes if they could keep my shopping aside so I could pick up my son- as I was going to get penalty rates from the daycare. The cashier agreed and offered to put my shopping into the fridge. I left and called Coles 10 minutes later to see of their systems were rectified they said no & I asked if they last placed my shopping into the fridge as was offered. I explained i had the green and orange shopping bags, the customer service person simply stated "no, the junior had unpacked it back onto the shelves". No apology, no reason why they had lied about putting my shopping in the fridge, nothing. To add insult to injury, I went to Coles and asked the customer service staff if they had my bags, no appology, no excuse nothing. I left feeling like I was treated like a piece of dirt. Thanks Coles staff for making my life difficult. I went shopping again Friday night with all my children, thanks for waisting 3 hours of my time, it was so unnecessary.

Layout is a bit different to other Coles that I am used to but they stock some unique range that you can't easily find elsewhere. Great store overall.
