Coles

Around midday today I had my first non contact pick up experience at Glenmore Park Coles and what wonderful service. The guy that brought out my order was brilliant (I so wish that I had taken his name) he went really over and above what was expected, making this a really good experience.nThank you ...you are an asset to Coles!!!!!!!

I love shopping at the coles center Glenmore Park, I find that the store meets 90% of my grocery needs , their deli and small goods are exemplary with a cheese and dip department supplying anything you might expect from a continental delicatessen and the staff are happy to slice and dice your selections to your hearts desire . I also appreciate the fact that when busy the manager doesn't mind jumping in to help at the registers.nnOverall a very pleasant shopping experience. Male Friendly .

Escalators were still down almost 2 weeks now I'm a little worried about safety in the walk up to the shops. Coffee shop assistants were awesome delightful and very courteous. I enjoyed the egg and bacon roll /coffee deal. Nice job girls

Had the worst experience with a checkout lady (an old Karen with red hair and false lashes)nnFirst won’t answer or even take my bag because I missed her ask how I was and she was rudely waiting for an answernThen won’t drop it till I say good (it was till I met her)nThen gave me grief about not having a card when I asked for cash out sorry I didn’t know but she didn’t need to repeat it 3 times that I need a card to do cash out.nnIf you’re on customer service don’t be rude and make people’s days bad

Nice shop but I find the fruit and veggies aren't as fresh as Woolies across the car park. The fruit and veggies are more expensive too. But it's a nice facility.
