Worst customer experience I have ever received. I went in with my husband and young son looking to buy a fish and a tank and everything we may need to home our first family pet only to be lectured about not getting it. Was told fish are not good first pets and assumed that we would not look after it and they would die. We were told that their fish tanks in their store are not suitable for cold water fish and that even though they say it on the label it is “a marketing ploy”. This young girl was so rude and made us feel stupid and so deflated to what was meant to be a happy family experience. She was so negative and unfriendly we walked out with nothing.

Nice and convenient. Bought a pump and filter for my fish tank. Staff were helpful, not the biggest range of items but enough for your day to day pet needs. Had a beautiful rotty that was sitting behind the counter. Loved it.

We done Puppy training here and the girls are absolutely amazing.

Not many fish plant available , disappointing usually stocked well
