Bought a baby hand tamed budgie on the 30th of may not even 2 weeks and he died this afternoon June 10th lady there had the hide to say it wasn't there fault and it could have died from the cold no hunny my house was warm not cold. They didn't bother to offer me a new bird, this bird wasn't sick or even looked sick yes they do show signs of sickness. The staff were very helpful and knew their products well. Everything I wanted was easy to buy.
