Not enough registers opened

Very poor. They refuse to open the 15 items or less checkouts, instead directing you to the self service ones for small purchases. I refuse to use those as it doesn't save me money on my groceries, only them on wages. I'd like to know when they will get their renovation done like the other stores because then they won't have an option. They will have to have their fast service lane open.

Today when I got to the check out I told the cashier (Karen) that I couldn’t lift the potatoes and the cat litter due to a neck injury. I didn’t want to have to keep lifting and putting it back in the trolley. Anyway she came around and grabbed the potatoes and cat litter to scan and then put them back in the trolley. Then she tried to pack the bags as light as possible and also put them in the trolley for me. I really appreciated her taking the time to help me and she had excellent customer service. ud83dude0a

I get all my shopping here, usually click and collect but went in today. Marilyn at the counter served me and was pleasant and professional making light convo and doing a great job of her customer service job. She deserves some recognition for her efforts. I see you Marilyn. Great job!

Zero Stars.nPurely because of the policies in place.nLast night I went into the store to get some chips to go with my chicken waiting at home, not cooked yet.nOn my way through I noticed that there were about 20 chickens on the hot cooked chicken stand, about an hour till closing time.nI noticed that one of the chickens had been marked down from ten dollars to five dollars ninety .nI figured if they would mark it down a little bit more it would save me cooking the chicken at home , and they could get something rather than throwing it away .nI found a worker in one of the Isles and he told me that he would speak to the manager , took my chicken out the back And come back shaking his head.nI asked him, so what do you do with the chickens, if nobody buys them every night, he said we throw them in the bin.nWake up Australia, this is disgusting behaviour!!!nud83dude2d
