I get my poodles groomed at Penrith petbarn, 2 months ago I did grooming and was $185 for a style grooming for 2 standard poodles, today I got charged $210 for same thing! when asked I was told last time we shaved your dog!!!! Coz they were matted. But that was not true as I know they had a style grooming done.nnHighly recommended to discuss the price and also make sure they listen to what you want to be done on your pet as they so busy that they won’t really mite what u sayingnnLots of better places around

Lies! Lies! Lies! Sales rep has recommended a product for our puppy and clearly mentioned that if the puppy Didn’t the like it or have upset tummy we can get a replacement product . Today they blatantly denied that it’s not our policy to refund/replace.it’s not about the money it’s about honesty and integrity. They may have saved a penny on refund but lost my business for the next 10 odd years.The lady is polite although in 2 minds to refund or not .but her co- worker said no. Not happy!

Good suggestion of vet products and the lady was very nice to giveve me different/alternative options so i am not spending so much money for worming tablets.
