Hi Peter,nI am disappointed to read your review. This clearly relates to your building additions and alterations at Chatswood. We understand that you are angry and frustrated at the moment but your comments are incorrect and unfair.nnOur role as the Principal Certifier is to ensure that we certify development that is consistent with the development consent that is issued by Council. The penalties for certifiers have become quite severe now and we know Willoughby Council has a track record of lodging complaints over very minor issues.nnWe went to the trouble of calling Willoughby Council on your behalf. We issued an Interim/Partial Occupation Certificate for you with a clear statement that the final excavation works must be in accordance with the approved plans. Unfortunately you carried out excavated works, landscaping and paving way beyond what was permissible by your consent. As a consequence your application to modify the development consent has resulted in Willoughby Council ( a very problematic Council) requiring you do significant engineering works. Your issue should be Willoughby Council not us. We hope your concerns with Council can be resolved soon.

Jason is an easy to get along with intelligent Building designer in greater western Sydney. I've no doubt any client looking to get an architectural design will agree. Jason is am active member in the building designers association and is working with 3d design and presentation tools that will give any client great insight into their project.
