Staff were friendly but we only wanted a couple of times but we're told we had to buy a whole box.

This as a family concern, with father, daughter and son working alongside each other, and they are amazing!nMy husband and I are refurbishing our bathroom from scratch, needing everything from wall & floor tiles, to niche natural stone, to glue and sealer, angles and border mosaics. We had many questions about everything, but nothing was too much trouble. We worked closely with Emma, who was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and diplomatic, and a little with Steve, (Dad) who knew some of the finer details of tiling, which he generously shared. They were absolutely fantastic in all areas of service, and I would highly recommend this family business to everyone!
