If you want to be treated like a criminal, this is the place to come tonnIt seems this store has a thing for falsely accusing innocent people? In mid February, my partner and I visited the shop and were approached by a staff member after 5 minutes of being there who rudely accused us of stealing. Apparently she watched us place them in our pockets on cctv however would not show us the footage. Even after proving our innocence she suggested under her breath that my partner probably ‘shoved them down his socks’. She told us if we weren’t buying anything to leave. Absolutely disgusting service and to see there is an extremely similar review left only 2 weeks ago is horrendous!

What a wonderful place, great customer service, extensive range of incense, relaxed vibe, no pressure to purchase, and that's why I bought several items. Highly recommend Inner Forest if you're into crystals, tarot and want a pleasant, relaxed shopping experience.
