I called and the poor man was in hospital and still tried to help me. I definitely recommend him based on his work ethic.

I rang Gary this morning in relation to identifying a snake in our bathroom (we careful managed to capture in a large container) we spoke over the phone and I sent him photos. He was very polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend A+ from me. A huge Thankyou

I made contact with a number of organisations having heard pests in my ceiling space. Gary was the only person who was not condescending and instead was genuinely helpful. He listened, asked questions and came up with multiple solutions. His communication was great & he followed through on what he said he'd do. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
