Good little Woolies. Always busy though. The staff are always helpful and very friendly

Today 14th may 2021 between 10-10:45am the quick service atm played up on me tried using rewards $10 it said it went threw an of my $17.49 purchase i owed $2.49,I placed a $10note then it came up i stil owed $10 havin no change yet I put $20note in an thinkin $10rewards didnt go threw then put a $20 note in it gave me $17&change i noticed it also took my $10rewards so I appreciated the smoke counter never have i met a service person so rude the lil dark lady with a pony tail was rude to me an every customer she made wait for service gave them dirty looks etc no customer service whatsoever ever then Sam the manger of head of whateva count not add up the registers mistake would not take my word the machine took my $10even after he seen the notes in order made out I was lying because he couldn't work out the machines error ,no im lying wouldnt check cameras nothing ,after trying to make me out to be a their in front of staff an customers said head office will let it go this time but they can't find any error or my transaction due to making me wait 40mins the machine was reset directly before I used it as it was playin up . So in the end no cameras checked im just a lier I showed him I have plenty cash on me so no need to lie an try get woollies for $10 be embarrassed an treated like a munged dog by Sam he was so unprofessional they have no clue what customers service is or simply how to speak to the public with any decentsy an there allowed to get away with this time an time again they refused to close the machine until they rectified my problem then said they couldn't work the cash out cos it had been 30mins since I went threw because I was left to wait 30mins for Sam to look at the problem then another 30mins for him to not beable to work it out so it had to be me whos lying the machines not telling him were the error is, bloody useless should be made to pack shelves not work with the customers , to top it off the short dark woman in smoke shop with pink ribbon in pony tail needs to be removed from dealing with customers as well both these staff treat customers there abrupt give filthy looks an refuse to smile it is such an effort to do there job.,Woolworth you need to retrain your staff an remove several from working with public ,you feel its ok to put these people in charge an allow them to deal with customers..
