I walked in the bank today on Tuesday the 8th of September was greeted by a very beautiful person who was so helpful her name was Louise was very swicthed on I was told to wait as there was a short delay as it was busy to be served by Vicki who again was unreal I've come back to the bank to be a loyal costumer .10 out of 10 please give Vicki and Louise the praise they deserve well done I'm one happy man my problem was fixed so quickly cheers Darren.😀
Staff never pick up the phone.
Useless staff need more training
I generally always get the help that is needed. One question I will ask though, why is only one teller open when it's busy?
Staff are very friendly. Everything is clean etc.
Some constructive feedback - if you have people (tellers, concierge etc) not serving anyone, maybe they could serve the people sitting in the waiting area for other services ...its annoying (and a waste of time) to talk to 2 different people neither of which help you ..only to have to sit and wait with other customers for someone else to help...if you're a representative of the bank, you should help customers (wasn't talking to a lending specialist, just changing my name!)
