Belinda and team went above and beyond today when i dropped in with a piggy bank full of coins. They all helped bag and sort into denominations without any fuss. Wonder example of above and beyond customer services.

Had a great experience at the branch. The manager was very helpful. She looked after everything from doing my home loan to opening up savings accounts for the kids. It was great having someone who would answer the phone after hours and come to our house to talk about our options.
Dont say your open when your actually closed. Difficult for some people to get around. Online says your open and finally get there to find you closed. Hate that
Woeful. No staff and those that at”re there are blind to the lines of people. No pens. No deposit slips. No help desk. No clue. “Its possible to love a bank” the ad says. Good luck with that.
Just terrible customer service. No acknowledgement of those waiting. Conversations that waste everyone's time. This is consistent at this store.... Everytime
