Really the worst customer service of all the NAB serice centres I've been in of recent. Came in for a simple task and I understand when they can or could be busy however the place was empty, the booths empty. When I asked if they could do this thing for me they asked if I had an appointment? I stated no ask the task would take no more than 5 minutes at the most, after being told to sit and wait for 5 minutes I was told they were too busy and to make an appointment?
No help, no offers of another place to go, just go away.
Never coming back!
Reggie was really helpful. He solved my problem in seconds and saved alot of time .
